This advanced leadership award indicates that the candidate has the skill level to safely paddle and lead paddlers in advanced water conditions. Anyone attending a 5 Star Training is required to hold the new or 'old' 4 Star Award. Anyone attending a 5 Star Assessment is required to have completed the BCU Leadership Registration Process.
